to be our member?
Qualification:
with certain economic capability, high education,
moral and decent, pursuing high life quality with
taste
Membership Fee:
VIP Card--1,000,000 yuan (8 persons for most)
Golden Ccard--100,000 yuan (10 persons for most)
Remarks:
1. The fee will be returned in full amount if
the member does not plan to continue the membership
or want to terminate it in the middle.
2. The valid period for VIP card and golden card
is 20 to 50 years.

Payment
●All that we delivered to customers, whether
in form of product or service, will be charged and
only charged upon customer's recognition and satisfaction,
expect for a few items for which there is a clear
rule required by the State to charge.

●Members shall abide by the community constitutions
and contribute one's effort to maintain a good living
environment within the village.
●Members shall follow the club's arrangement
and respect each other to create a harmonious atmosphere.
